Anti-Viral Measures
- Our ENTIRE restaurant is treated with a VitalOxide coating via an electrostatic sprayer – which kills viruses on contact.
- In our Heating and AC system, we installed a REME HALO® purification system for the entire restaurant. Kills 99% mold, bacteria and viruses with dual ionizers.
- ALL common touch points are disinfected regularly with Clorox wipes / Lysol, including but not limited to: entrance doors, bathroom doors, kitchen doors, and phones.
- Increased sanitizing measures by elevating the temperature setting for our dishwashing machine to 140 degrees. (requirement is 120).
Employee Health
